Introduction

When a user signs up to the Technical Communications Portal (TCP) they are issued with a random password, which is difficult to remember or can be lost in emails over time. This article will describe how a user can change their password to something easily remembered and is private to them

Reset Password

1.  Using a browser, go to tcp.seeingmachines.com 

2.  In the top right hand corner, click on the “Login” button (if you are already logged in, please log out)

3.  In the login screen, down the bottom, click on “Lost your password” and follow the prompts

4.  Enter your email address, and click “Get New Password” and an email will be sent to you

5.  If you cannot see an email from the Seeing Machines TCP, please check your spam/junk folder

6.  Open the email and click the link “Reset Your Password”

7.  When the link opens select the password inside, and change it to something you can remember, and then click “Reset Password”

   

 

Change Email Address

After logging into the TCP type in tcp.seeingmachines.com/wp-admin in the URL.  This will take you to your ‘dashboard’.

Click on the profile page icon – .  Under your Name, you can also update your personal information.

If you change companies please:

  1. Update your email address.
  2. Email TrainingRPL@seeingmachines.com to advise us of the change.

Under ‘more fields’ you can update your company information.

If you have left a company, but would like to continue to install Guardian, please email TrainingRPL@seeingmachines.com so we can discuss setting you up on a contract.
