[Overview] Customer Support – Purchasing More Stock or Spare Parts

If you would like to purchase additional stock or spare parts, the Authorized Site Contact needs to request a quote from their Distributor.  For Seeing Machines direct customers, email orders@seeingmachines.com.  When requesting a quote, please supply the following information:

  1. Fleet Name
  2. Number of Guardian Units/description of spare parts
  3. Location of delivery/installation
  4. Requested delivery date/installation date

Seeing Machines will generate and supply the quote within 2 business days.  Once the quote is provided, the Authorised Site Contact will be required to raise a Purchase Order to confirm the order.
